Our monitoring has detected some upstream routing issues which are related to one of our transits.
This has been raised with them and there may be the odd blip in routing whilst they resolve the issue.
We apologise for the impact to your service.
The transit provider have found the cause of the issue at 4:51am and we have not seen any repeat since then.
The transits now appears stable. We continue to monitor.
This issue maybe wider than one upstream.
We have seen Linx suffer some issues this evening during the same period of time and also other networks are reporting similar issues.
As yet, the cause has not been determined.
This is still being worked on by the upstream network but at the moment we don't have any further update.
