Some systems are experiencing issues.
We are seeing relatively normal traffic volumes now although some reports of customers getting a login-fast page.
A further change has been made for those that were seeing that page.
If you are still doing so, please clear your cache/cookies for my.xilo.net only. You do not need to clear your entire cookie cache as they are site specific.
A fix is now being rolled out for the offending rule and we will update once complete.
We have identified this is affecting some customers due to a new ruleset added to our WAF.
Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
We have received reports of some customers seeing a white page when trying to login to the portal.
