Phones Christmas and New Year - Contact Hours

As part of our Christmas and New Year operational hours, our usual telephone contact hours will change. These will be as follows.

24th December - normal service until 1pm.

25th December - closed

26th December - closed

27th December - normal service until 1pm

30th December - normal service

31st December - normal service until 1pm

1st January - closed

2nd January - normal service resumes

During this time, our team will still be responding to tickets raised via the portal within normal team operational hours, for support, this is 24/7. Other non-critical teams (Sales and BIlling) will mirror the above times.

Shared Hosting november - Chassis Swap

In line with the earlier works for the november server to replace the fault iDRAC card, a chassis swap will be conducted during the planned window lasting for up to 2 hours from the start of the work window.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this short amount of downtime.

We have attempted the chassis replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement sent by Dell does not boot.

The old chassis has been returned to service and a service call replaced for a further replacement.

We are sorry for the repeated work on this but hopefully there will be only one further window required in the future.
