Phones Christmas and New Year - Contact Hours

As part of our Christmas and New Year operational hours, our usual telephone contact hours will change. These will be as follows.

24th December - normal service until 1pm.

25th December - closed

26th December - closed

27th December - normal service until 1pm

30th December - normal service

31st December - normal service until 1pm

1st January - closed

2nd January - normal service resumes

During this time, our team will still be responding to tickets raised via the portal within normal team operational hours, for support, this is 24/7. Other non-critical teams (Sales and BIlling) will mirror the above times.

Portal Portal Maintenance

We will be conducting emergency maintenance this evening on the port from 5:30pm due to the power outage at one of our datacentre sites this morning.

This is to repair one of our replicated databases that did not return normally and requires a manual resync, which the master requires work during this process.

Due to the data volume, this may take some time to fully come online but the work will happen as quickly as humanly possible.
