We have received reports from some customers that they are not getting updated on tickets raised.

This is now resolved and we will leave the current traffic route in place for these domains until further notice.

The majority of customers affected have been contacted with their latest update.

We still have approximately 60 tickets to update.

We have identified approximately 300 affected tickets.

Due to the nature of the issue, we are working through these in order to resend the last update.

Our engineers have been working through the limited number of reports of the issue and believe this relates to the outbound mail service we use for some mail to certain destinations to aid with delivery.

Logs indicate messages to Gmail, Outlook (including Hotmail/Live/365) and IONOS are affected.

Outbound messages to destinations which have shown a higher error rate have been redirected and we are in the process of identifying any tickets affected by this and will send a further update.
