We are investigating an issue with sporadic redirects errors when accessing the portal for some customers.
Our engineers believe the root cause has been identified and a solution is being deployed for this.
Data shows any customer with an active session would not see any issue but those with a session which has timed would potentially see the issue.
This issue is still being investigated.
Currently our engineers are only seeing this affecting some connections in to the portal.
