Portal Error Wednesday 8th May 2024 10:17:00 am


We are aware of an issue affecting our portal for some customers and is related to a backend server failure.

This does not impact any services which are all working normally.

Our engineering team are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

This has remained stable since and we are now closing the incident.

The cause of the issue was due to hardware failure with a backend server. Whilst our servers are configured in a replicated setup of three, it appears the database server did not deal with this gracefully.

This has been raised to our database server software vendor for further review in to the logs.

Portal services have been running for a short period and we continue to monitor.
