We have had reports that some customers are not seeing their ticket updates in the portal.

Our engineers are investigating.

Our engineers have identified those customers who have been affected by this and we will be in touch with those over the next few days by phone or email.

Work to resolve this issue was completed this morning and appears to have resolved the issue and investigations in to the root cause will be investigated. Initial debugging shows an issue between our front-end and back-end ticket replication.

Further monitoring will be added in coming days and we will keep this task open until a full fix is in place.
