We're investigating reports of errors when accessing the portal for non-logged in users.

The load balancer encountered an issue with sticky sessions and clearing this under the advice of the vendors support has resolved the issue.

The failed switch has been replaced and the 2 backend servers are back online.

There are still issues with the load balancer which our team is working on and 1/3 of requests will reach a portal server. This has been raised with the hardware vendors team also.

We have isolated this to a failed switch affecting two backend servers. Datacentre engineers are working on this.

Our engineering team is also investigating the load balance which not passing all queries to the last remaining backend server normally.
