We're investigating errors seen when attempting to login to the My XILO portal.

One of our storage arrays had a replicated failure in hardware.

Our engineers arranged for Dell to attend site to replace the hardware and they have been working to check data integrity.

We apologise for the limited portal access during this time.

Engineers are en-route to the datacentre.

We are seeing a potential power issue affecting non-customer serving equipment and our usual OOB (out of band) management access is also not responding.

Staff on site are unable to visually see any issue and this requires further investigation.

No customer services are affected at this time and all servers and services are operational.
