Our status page shows information for all the services we offer. During any service problems, we will update this page when there are service affecting issues, service outages or planned maintenance. If you are having difficulties with your service which are not displayed, please do raise a ticket on your account using the button above including any error messages you may have, together with your domain name, IP address or login username.

We aim to answer all support tickets within 60 minutes during office hours and 8 hours outside of these times. Our current support response time is 5 hours, 16 minutes. (This based on the last 100 tickets received by our support team only).
